Dear Community,
Following the results of the 2024 Presidential Election and CA Propositions, I know that many of us are experiencing feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and desperation.
The UC Graduate and Professional Council will continue to support our communities in their educational, professional, and social aspirations despite threats against them. Our core mission is to uplift the voices of our student communities who have traditionally gone unheard, and we will not waiver in this. Now more than ever, it is essential that we continue to elevate our stories and our struggles to enact change in our system of higher education. Take time to check in with your families, your friends, and your fellow peers as we navigate these changing landscapes of our society.
